Amantadine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on July 03, 2006. Female patient, 73 years of age, weighting 129.9 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Amantadine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, dizziness , hyponatraemia, therapeutic response unexpected. Amantadine dosage: 100 MG TID PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Amantadine dosage: 100 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with LEVODOPA W, CARBIDOPA, ROPINIROLE, CLONAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
