Female patient, 87 years of age, weighting 108.0 lb, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease , urinary tract infection  and was treated with Amantadine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, confusional state, convulsion, urinary tract infection . Amantadine dosage: 100MG 2X A DAY P.O.. During the same period patient was treated with CIPRO, AMPICILLIN, DETROL, VASOTEC, SINEMET. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
