Altoprev side effect was reported by a Health Professional from CHINA on Oct 20, 2008. Female patient, 59 years of age, weighting 119.0 lb, was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia, thrombocytopenia and was treated with Altoprev. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pancreatitis, rhabdomyolysis. Altoprev dosage: 40 MG, DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with DANAZOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
