Alteplase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 09, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with catheter placement and was treated with Alteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, catheter related infection, chills, device malfunction, dyspnoea, nausea What is  nausea, pyrexia. Alteplase dosage: 2 MG ONCE OTHER. During the same period patient was treated with BENEFIBER, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, PAXIL, IMODIUM, TYLENOL, VANCOMYCIN, CIPRO, FAMOTIDINE. Patient recovered.

Alteplase side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on July 11, 2005. Female patient, 43 years of age, weighting 121.0 lb, was diagnosed with arterial thrombosis and was treated with Alteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemorrhage intracranial, hypertension, vomiting. Alteplase dosage: 30 MG/350 ML @ 1 MG/HR. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, LISINOPRIL, AZATHIOPRINE, PREDNISONE, NOREPINEPHRINE. Patient died on 06/10/2005.
