Alteplase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 20, 2005. Male patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebrovascular accident and was treated with Alteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hyperhidrosis, hypotension, tachycardia. Alteplase dosage: 47MG (90MIN) ONCE. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, RANITIDINE, SIMVASTATIN, CITALOPRAM, LISINOPRIL. Patient recovered.

Alteplase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 20, 2005. Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with catheter related complication and was treated with Alteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, hyperhidrosis, hypertension, tachycardia. Alteplase dosage: 2MG ONCE 10AM. During the same period patient was treated with TYLENOL W, ASPIRIN, LASIX, INSULIN, FLAGYL, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.
