Alteplase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Jan 23, 2007. Female patient, weighting 114.6 lb, was diagnosed with thrombolysis and was treated with Alteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haematemesis, hypotension, retroperitoneal haemorrhage. Alteplase dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 56 years of age, weighting 154.0 lb, was diagnosed with peripheral vascular disorder and was treated with Alteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, cardio-respiratory arrest, cerebrovascular disorder, intra-abdominal haemorrhage, retroperitoneal haemorrhage. Alteplase dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, HEPARIN DRIP. Patient died on 03/07/2008.
