After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: caesarean section, premature labour. Alteplase dosage: 100 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. Patient recovered.

Alteplase dosage: 0.9 MG/KG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
