Alteplase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 11, 2008. Female patient, 56 years of age, weighting 154.0 lb, was diagnosed with peripheral vascular disorder and was treated with Alteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, cardio-respiratory arrest, cerebrovascular disorder, intra-abdominal haemorrhage, retroperitoneal haemorrhage. Alteplase dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, HEPARIN DRIP. Patient died on 03/07/2008.

Alteplase side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on June 12, 2008. Female patient, 87 years of age, was diagnosed with embolic stroke and was treated with Alteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, haematoma, shock haemorrhagic. Alteplase dosage: 0.6 MG/KG, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with RADICUT, CHLORIDE, FAMOTIDINE, AMINO ACIDS, ELECTROLYTE SOLUTIONCARBOHYDRATES NOS, SOLDEM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
