After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, coma, hypoxia, injury, interstitial lung disease, ischaemia, lung disorder, movement disorder , respiratory failure. Alteplase dosage: 61.2MG ONE HOUR INTRAVENOU. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
