After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: application site irritation, skin infection, skin lesion, swelling. Altabax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKOTE, NEURONTIN, ATARAX, ATIVAN, AMBIEN, BACTRIM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
