Female patient, 44 years of age, was diagnosed with staphylococcal infection  and was treated with Altabax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: application site irritation, skin infection, skin lesion, swelling. Altabax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKOTE, NEURONTIN, ATARAX, ATIVAN, AMBIEN, BACTRIM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, haemorrhage, skin lesion. Altabax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VALTREX, FLAGYL, VANCOMYCIN, DEPAKOTE, COUMADIN, LASIX, LEXAPRO, PEPCID. Patient recovered.
