Male patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with peripheral vascular disorder and was treated with Alprostadil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atelectasis, bacteria urine, blood albumin decreased, lymphadenopathy, open wound, platelet count decreased, platelet count increased, pleural effusion, pulmonary congestion. Alprostadil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BICARBONATE IN PLASTIC CONTAINER, STRONG NEO MINOPHAGEN C, VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, TEICOPLANIN, ARBEKACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
