Male patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with procedural hypotension, anaesthesia, prophylaxis and was treated with Alprostadil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypoaesthesia, injection site extravasation, injection site inflammation, injection site swelling, oedema peripheral, pain in extremity, pyrexia, skin exfoliation. Alprostadil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL CITRATE, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, FLURBIPROFEN AXETIL, PROPOFOL, NEOSTIGMINE METILSULPHATE, ATROPINE, SEVOFLURANE.
