Female patient, 28 years of age, was diagnosed with heart disease congenital and was treated with Alprostadil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoea, atelectasis, condition aggravated, heart rate increased, hyponatraemia, increased upper airway secretion, obstructive airways disorder, pulmonary artery atresia. Alprostadil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMPICILLIN, AMIKACIN SULPHATE, MENATETRENONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
