Alprostadil Side Effects Report #5050404-1
Alprostadil side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from POLAND on June 28, 2006. Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with peripheral ischaemia and was treated with Alprostadil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchopneumonia, chest pain , haematemesis, infected skin ulcer, leg amputation, necrosis ischaemic, respiratory failure. Alprostadil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with KETOPROFEN, PETHIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PETHIDINE HYDROCLORIDE, FUROSEMIDE, AMLODIPINE, TICLOPIDINE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, RANITIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with KETOPROFEN, PETHIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PETHIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, FUROSEMIDE, AMLODIPINE, TICLOPIDINE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, RANITIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
