Male patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with skin ulcer, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Alprostadil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , atrial fibrillation , gait disturbance, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, haematemesis, pneumonia , respiratory arrest, shock haemorrhagic. Alprostadil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, UNASYN, FLOMOXEF, FAMOTIDINE. Patient recovered.
