Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis and was treated with Alprostadil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, ascites, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood albumin decreased, blood bilirubin increased, blood creatinine increased, blood pressure increased, feeling abnormal, haematuria. Alprostadil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EXTRACT, LIMAPROST, LOXOPROFEN, TEPRENONE, HEPARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
