Alpharedisol side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on July 29, 2008. Female patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency and was treated with Alpharedisol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism. Alpharedisol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FOLINIC ACID, BETAINE, HYDROXOCOBALAMIN. Patient died.
