Aloxi Side Effects Report #5448588-6
Aloxi side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 20, 2007. Female patient, 70 years of age, weighting 148.8 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting and was treated with Aloxi. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure systolic increased, dizziness What is  dizziness, heart rate increased, oxygen saturation decreased, pulse pressure decreased, rash erythematous, syncope vasovagal, unresponsive to stimuli, vision blurred. Aloxi dosage: 0.25 MG, QWK, IV BOLUS; 0.25 MG, QWK, IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with DECADRON, TAXOL, CARBOPLATIN, ARANESP, TAGAMET. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 59 years of age, weighting 132.9 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting and was treated with Aloxi. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain What is  back pain, blood pressure decreased, haemoglobin decreased, haemolysis, haemorrhage, oxygen saturation decreased. Aloxi dosage: 0.25 MG, SINGLE, IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with BENADRYL, DECADRON, ZANTAC, DEMEROL, HERCEPTIN, TAXOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/25/2006.

Female patient, 37 years of age, weighting 127.9 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting and was treated with Aloxi. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, cough, dyspnoea, erythema, hypersensitivity, oxygen saturation decreased. Aloxi dosage: 0.25 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with OXALIPLATIN, LEUCOVORIN CALCIUM, FLUOROURACIL, CHLORIDE. Patient recovered.
