Aloxi Side Effects Report #5448588-6
Aloxi side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 20, 2007. Female patient, 70 years of age, weighting 148.8 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting and was treated with Aloxi. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure systolic increased, dizziness , heart rate increased, oxygen saturation decreased, pulse pressure decreased, rash erythematous, syncope vasovagal, unresponsive to stimuli, vision blurred. Aloxi dosage: 0.25 MG, QWK, IV BOLUS; 0.25 MG, QWK, IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with DECADRON, TAXOL, CARBOPLATIN, ARANESP, TAGAMET. Patient recovered.

Aloxi side effect was reported by a Physician from ITALY on Feb 05, 2009. Female patient, 42 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting and was treated with Aloxi. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: grand mal convulsion, heart rate increased. Aloxi dosage: 0.25 MG, SINGLE, IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, EPIRUBICIN, DEXAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood urea nitrogen/creatinine ratio increased, dizziness , fatigue, feeling hot, gastrointestinal disorder, heart rate increased, night sweats, pyrexia, supraventricular extrasystoles. Aloxi dosage: 0.25 MG, SINGLE, IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOROURACIL, MITOMYCIN, SALINE, ZOLOFT, OXYCODONE, MORPHINE. Patient recovered.
