Aloxi side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 05, 2008. Male patient, 84 years of age, weighting 153.9 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting and was treated with Aloxi. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , dysarthria, hypoaesthesia, lethargy, posture abnormal, speech disorder. Aloxi dosage: 0.25MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with DECARDRON, FLOMAX, AVODART, VIAGRA, PENALAC, PEPCID. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 52 years of age, weighting 138.0 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting and was treated with Aloxi. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose increased, blood potassium increased, body temperature decreased, burning sensation, chills, dysarthria, dyskinesia, faecal incontinence, glossodynia. Aloxi dosage: 0.25 MG SINGLE IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, CHLORIDE, ATIVAN, PREVACID, DEXTROSE INFUSION FLUID, MAGNESIUM, CALCIUM GLUCONATE, OXALIPLATIN. Patient recovered.

Aloxi dosage: 0.25 MG, SINGLE, IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, CHLORIDE, ATIVAN, PREVACID, DEXTROSE INFUSION FLUID, MAGNESIUM, CALCIUM, OXALIPLATIN. Patient recovered.
