Aloxi Side Effects Report #6073185-1
Aloxi side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Jan 21, 2009. Female patient, 65 years of age, weighting 178.6 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting, colon cancer metastatic and was treated with Aloxi. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anaphylactic shock, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, carcinoembryonic antigen increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, mean cell haemoglobin increased, mean cell volume abnormal. Aloxi dosage: 0.25MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with OXALIPLATIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood glucose increased, cyanosis, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, haematocrit increased, haemoglobin increased, hypersensitivity. Aloxi dosage: 0.25MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASON, TAVEGYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

and was treated with Aloxi. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood calcium decreased, blood potassium decreased, dyspnoea, globulins increased, hypersensitivity, local swelling, pharyngeal oedema, pruritus. Aloxi dosage: 0.25 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ADRIAMYCIN PFS, ADRIAMYCIN PFS, CYTOXAN, DECADRON, EMEND, NEUPOGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
