Male patient, 57 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and was treated with Alna. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, oedema mouth, pharyngeal oedema. Alna dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with SPIRIVA, VIANITE. Patient recovered.
