Male patient, weighting 256.4 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Allopurinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: sepsis . Allopurinol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ANTITHYMOCYTE GLOBULIN THYMOGLOBULIN, BUSULFAN, FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, METHOTREXATE, MYCOPHENOLATE, TACROLIMUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
