Female patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with tumour lysis syndrome, bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, staphylococcal sepsis and was treated with Allopurinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, hypogammaglobulinaemia, immunosuppression, leukocytosis, lymphadenopathy, renal impairment, staphylococcal sepsis, systemic lupus erythematosus rash. Allopurinol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIBIOTICS, ANTIFUNGALS. Patient recovered.
