After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, eosinophilia, lip oedema, oropharyngeal pain, rash maculo-papular, rash pruritic, renal failure, tongue disorder. Allopurinol dosage: 300 MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, LISINOPRIL AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
