Male patient, 70 years of age, weighting 201.7 lb, was diagnosed with hyperuricaemia, hypertension, prophylaxis, helicobacter gastritis, hypercholesterolaemia, hyperparathyroidism and was treated with Allopurinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, malaise, nausea What is  nausea, renal impairment. Allopurinol dosage: 50 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with XIPAMIDE, CARVEDILOL, ASS, TOREM, PLAVIX, PANTOPRAZOLE, LOCOL, EINSALPHA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
