After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cholestasis, hepatic fibrosis, hepatitis , hepatosplenomegaly, nephritis interstitial, renal failure chronic, vasculitis . Allopurinol dosage: 100 MG TWICE DAILY, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
