Male patient, 43 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with hyperuricaemia, hepatic function abnormal, renal impairment and was treated with Allopurinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, cyanosis, dizziness , hypotension, malaise, nasopharyngitis, nausea , renal failure acute. Allopurinol dosage: 200 MG, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with DIOVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
