After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, cardio-respiratory arrest, chills, cholecystitis, diarrhoea, dyspnoea, exposure to toxic agent, fatigue. Allopurinol dosage: 300MG DAILY PO. Patient died on 09/14/2006.
