Allopurinol side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Sept 28, 2005. Male patient, 78 years of age, weighting 125.7 lb, was diagnosed with hyperuricaemia, nephrotic syndrome, hypertension, insomnia and was treated with Allopurinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood calcium decreased, blood creatinine increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood potassium increased, blood urea increased, blood uric acid decreased, blood uric acid increased. Allopurinol dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with PERSANTIN, ARTIST, LASIX, ALDACTONE, BLOPRESS, NORVASC, LENDORMIN, HERZER. Patient died on 09/15/2005.
