Allopurinol side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SPAIN on Dec 05, 2005. Male patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperuricaemia and was treated with Allopurinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , alanine aminotransferase increased, anorexia, asthenia, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, cholestasis, diarrhoea. Allopurinol dosage: 300 MG QD. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, FUROSEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
