Alkeran side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Oct 20, 2005. Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with poems syndrome and was treated with Alkeran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dry mouth, myelodysplastic syndrome, pancytopenia, refractory anaemia, xerophthalmia. Alkeran dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PIRACETAM, DI ANTALVIC, CALPEROS, LANZOR, CHONDROSULF, FUNGIZONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
