Alkeran Side Effects Report #4727255-8
Alkeran side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Dec 17, 2002. Female patient, 49 years of age, weighting 116.8 lb, was diagnosed with stem cell transplant and was treated with Alkeran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, cardiomegaly, nephrotic syndrome, oxygen saturation decreased, pulmonary congestion, renal failure, urine output decreased, weight increased. Alkeran dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ENDOXAN, POLYPHARMACY, BLOOD TRANSFUSION. Patient died on 12/18/2002.

Alkeran dosage: 340MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with NEUPOGEN, VFEND, VELCADE, ORAL BOWEL DECONTAMINATION SOLUTION, FLUCONAZOLE, AMPHOTERICIN B, VANCOMYCIN. Patient recovered.
