Alendronic Side Effects Report #5923932-1
Alendronic side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Oct 14, 2008. Female patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with spinal compression fracture and was treated with Alendronic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , duodenal ulcer perforation, multi-organ failure, peritonitis. Alendronic dosage: unknown. Patient died on 03/17/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute abdomen, duodenal ulcer perforation, multi-organ failure, no therapeutic response, peritonitis, sepsis . Alendronic dosage: 70 MG ONCE WEEKLY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with HYDRALAZINE, LANSOPRAZOLE, LISINOPRIL, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
