After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, cough, dyspnoea. Alendronic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RANCEPINE, CODEINE SUL, GAVISCON, PANTOPRAZOLE, ACETAMINOPHEN, CALCICHEW, RISEDRONATE, SERETIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
