Alendronic Side Effects Report #5901153-6
Alendronic side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Sept 10, 2008. Female patient, 84 years of age, was diagnosed with osteoporosis  and was treated with Alendronic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , dehydration, fall , oesophagitis. Alendronic dosage: 70 MG; WEEKLY; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FOSAMAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , dyspnoea. Alendronic dosage: 70 MG ONCE A WEEK ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with OXYNORM, TRAMADOL. Patient recovered.
