Female patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with osteoporosis prophylaxis, acute myocardial infarction and was treated with Alendronate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastrointestinal haemorrhage. Alendronate dosage: 70 MG; QW; PO. During the same period patient was treated with CALCIUM CARBONATE, COLECALCIFEROL, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE, DALTEPARIN, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, CODEINE PHOSPHATE, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
