Female patient, 66 years of age, weighting 150.0 lb, was diagnosed with osteoporosis  and was treated with Alendronate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, nephrolithiasis. Alendronate dosage: 70 MG/WEEK, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with AMBIEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
