Female patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with osteoporosis prophylaxis and was treated with Alendronate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation . Alendronate dosage: 70 MG, PO. During the same period patient was treated with CALCIUM CARBONATE, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, CHLORPHENIRAMINE MALEATE, FUROSEMIDE, LATANOPROST, LISINOPRIL, OMEPRAZOLE, PREDNISONE. Patient recovered.
