Alemtuzumab side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on June 09, 2008. Male patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with immunosuppression, antifungal prophylaxis and was treated with Alemtuzumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erysipeloid, neutropenia, pneumonia fungal, renal failure, urinary tract infection , zygomycosis. Alemtuzumab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RITUXIMAB, PREDNISOLONE, TACROLIMUS, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, CASPOFUNGIN, AMPHOTERICIN B. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute graft versus host disease, fungal infection , fungal sepsis, multi-organ failure, renal failure, zygomycosis. Alemtuzumab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BASLIXIMAB, TACROLIMUS, SIROLIMUS, PREDNISOLONE, BOLUSED STEROIDS, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, ANTIBIOTICS. Patient died.
