Alemtuzumab Side Effects Report #5627714-X
Alemtuzumab side effect was reported by a Health Professional from MEXICO on Feb 05, 2008. Female patient, 27 years of age, was diagnosed with graft versus host disease, bone marrow conditioning regimen, antifungal prophylaxis, antiviral prophylaxis and was treated with Alemtuzumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: multi-organ failure, sepsis . Alemtuzumab dosage: AS USED: 10 MG. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARA, CYCLOSPORINE, CORTICOSTEROIDS, TRIMETHOPRIM, FLUCONAZOLE OR ITRACONAZOLE, ACYCLOVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Alemtuzumab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BASLIXIMAB, TACROLIMUS, SIROLIMUS, PREDNISOLONE, BOLUSED STEROIDS, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, ANTIBIOTICS. Patient died.

Alemtuzumab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MYCOPHENOLATE, PREDNISONE, TACROLIMUS, TRIMETHOPRIM, VALGANCICLOVIR, CLOTRIMAZOLE, CALCIUM GLUCONATE, DOCUSATE. Patient recovered.
