Alemtuzumab side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Nov 21, 2008. Female patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with t-cell lymphoma, anxiety , hypertension and was treated with Alemtuzumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, circulatory collapse. Alemtuzumab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, DOXORUBICIN, VINCRISTINE, NEUPOGEN, AMITRIPTYLINE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, dyspnoea, infusion related reaction. Alemtuzumab dosage: 30 MG OVER 3 HOURS ONCE IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, TACROLIMUS, MYCOPHENOLIC ACID, BICARBONATE, SEVELAMER, NEPHROCAP, DARBOPOEITIN, CIPROFLOXACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, prophylaxis, infection prophylaxis, antiviral prophylaxis and was treated with Alemtuzumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acinetobacter infection, anaemia, angina pectoris, aspergillosis, bacterial infection , cardiac failure congestive, chills, corynebacterium infection, cytokine release syndrome. Alemtuzumab dosage: TOTAL DAILY DOSE: 3 MG. During the same period patient was treated with DIPHENHYDRAMINE, ACETAMINOPHEN, SULFAMETHOXAZOLE AND TRIMETHOPRIM, VALACYCLOVIR. Patient died.
