Alefacept side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 18, 2006. Female patient, weighting 207.2 lb, was diagnosed with psoriasis and was treated with Alefacept. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amputation revision, hypotension, limb injury, limb traumatic amputation, pyrexia, tachycardia. Alefacept dosage: 30MG QWK X 14 IM. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
