After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, anaphylactic reaction, blood ph decreased, blood urea increased, cough, cyanosis, haematocrit increased, haemoglobin increased, hepatomegaly. Aldurazyme dosage: 0.58 MG/KG, 1X/W, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ENALAPRIL MALEATE AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, FUROSEMIDE. Patient died on 11/19/2008.
