Female patient, 64 years of age, weighting 171.7 lb, was diagnosed with metastatic renal cell carcinoma, depression  and was treated with Aldesleukin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , depression , fatigue, insomnia, suicidal ideation. Aldesleukin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PAROXETINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
