Female patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with metastatic malignant melanoma and was treated with Aldesleukin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , ejection fraction decreased, hypotension, myocardial infarction. Aldesleukin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
