Male patient, 58 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Aldesleukin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphasia , cerebral infarction, confusional state, dyspnoea, escherichia sepsis, haemorrhage intracranial, headache , idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, platelet count decreased.
