Aldactone side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on June 29, 2007. Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with pericardial effusion and was treated with Aldactone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: breast mass, breast pain, gynaecomastia, urinary bladder haemorrhage. Aldactone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ADALAT, PLETAL, BUFFERIN, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, GASTER, GASTROM, DEPAS, FRANDOL. Patient recovered.
