Female patient, 68 years of age, weighting 81.57 lb, was diagnosed with urinary retention, angina pectoris, prophylaxis, muscle spasms and was treated with Aldactone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, aspiration, atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation, blood albumin decreased, blood chloride decreased, blood chloride increased, blood cholesterol increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased. Aldactone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM, DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient died on 05/20/2002.
